We offer resupply on a 30-day or 90-day schedule for your convenience and can set you up with a replenishment schedule that suits you and your insurance. Our resupply program also allows you to receive a live phone call from one of our local staff members every time you are eligible for new supplies.

Patients are welcome to come into the office to get supplies, or for your convenience, we also offer free shipping. We ship all supplies directly from our office, NOT a warehouse from a different location.

Directions

Bangor Location Turn left from Broadway on to State Street. We are the white building between Birch Street and Fern Street. Parking is located right in front of the building.

Auburn Location Exit after crossing the Memorial Bridge and turn left onto Route 4 (Center Street). We are located behind the Northeast Bank Plaza.
